If there is any reason you are not satisfied with your Thor’s Hammer RRS  massage device, you have 15 calendar days from date you received your order to return it with a money-back guarantee.


Please tell us exactly why you are not satisfied and we will do everything in our power to make things right. We are a small family business that truly cares about our customers. Email us:

Only items that have been purchased directly from can be returned to Thor’s Hammer RRS . Thor’s Hammer RRS   devices purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.

If your device has been used or opened, a restocking fee of 10% will apply.

Please keep in mind, the customer is responsible for the full shipping cost for a returned device. Please keep your tracking information as we are not responsible for lost packages by the carrier.


Once we receive and inspect your returned device, we will initiate your refund within 2-3 business days. An email confirmation detailing the refunded amount will be sent to the address associated with your order.


Your refund will be processed based on your original payment method.


90 Day Limited Warranty

If within 90 days from the date of purchase, the Thor’s Hammer RRS V-Class or P-Class Massage Device fails due to a defect in material or workmanship, we will repair or replace the product, or necessary components, free of charge. Customer will pay all shipping charges for any parts or completely new unit. 

Customer must supply receipt showing product, date of purchase, and amount paid. We request that the customer send a video and/or images of the problem they are having with the product.  This will help us determine the cause.


THIS WARRANTY APPLIES to only Thor’s Hammer RRS Massage Devices.


  • damage caused by accident, abuse, mishandling, or transport;

  • units subjected to unauthorized repair;

  • units not used in accordance with Thor's Hammer care instructions;

  • damage exceeding the cost of the product;

  • damage resulting from improper storage by the customer;

  • damage resulting from tampering with battery compartment;

  • failure to provide the dated proof of purchase

  • Thor’s Hammer bands and accessories.

This warranty does not apply to replacement product.
